This is an excerpt from Dr. Basilico's medical malpractice depostion.

Q. Based on your observation of Mrs.    's injuries on the date she was transferred out of the hospital, can you answer whether a rehabilitation hospital or a nursing home, out of those two would be more your appropriate?

A. Rehabilitation hospital.

     Mr. DAILEY:  Objection.

Q. And the reason for your opinion on that?

A. Mrs.     suffered multiple injuries. She needed to work on strengthening range of motion exercieses and also management of pain, and my opinion was that the best facility to do that short of acute hospital care where she could get the olecranon fracture repaired was a rehabilitation facility.
